I had this running for a little while, it is a little slow but most of the functions seem to work. I did have some weird audio issues, some of the tracks at the bottom of the sequence couldn't be adjusted or even turned off. It was also popping an error or 2 while scrubbing thru audio a couple of times. Some of these problems may stem from the fact that most of the projects originated in 3.1.1. Anyway it does work but runs a little rough I would say. I have since rolled back to 4 and I am running the other production suite software until I can afford my Z400
