Avid 24F Compatibility?

I have searched up and down everywhere and I still cannot seem to find a definitive answer to the question of whether or not Avid Media Composer supports Canon's 24F format.

Can somebody help me out?

And if Avid does not, then what might be some options for someone who wants to cut 24F in Media Composer?
 
Avid does not. I spoke to a senior product developer and he mentioned that it will more than likely be available in the next update. He even mentioned their might be a beta?

Right now there is no workflow for 24F material
 
That's a little slow on Avid's part, is it not?

But anyway, is there any method whatsoever to put 24F footage into Avid for editing?

That's the only editing program I use and I'm going to be in a bit of a jam if I can't work it out there...
 
Theres a beta, there were some dudes and dudettes using it , and supposedley it was working, but there is no ETA. I kind of figured it would've been out with the lateset update but I guess not. Sucks I had a lot of footage I was looking forward to chopping up. oh well my fault for being lazy and not checking capatability before spending money. I'm back to using PPRO cs4.
