tryed 4 different downloads ,to try and get prores 422 , all suck . must be missing something . one thing is i found must be in a file for browser to lighten it up to import . got close with pavtube , it seemed to work but never showed up in the file it was sent ? even though is was to go to the souce file. you would think it would be the same as my canon codec workflow . but not . must be a easier way.

well i just clipwrap and it started to work but... it has a drop down for destination but will not let me send it any where but one location. the trouble is the main 180 ss hard drive is almost full so it starts and gets have way and says it is full. i have a second 1tb hard drive installed where my dvd player is in my new mac . but without being able to pick a destination for the clips this will not work. also you cant pick or turn off any clips it is all or nothing . no even a stop /cancell button once you start. as for paying i don,t care what it costs it just has to work.

now there is nothing in the destination box and does not work at all . so i dumped it and redownloaded it and now it is still the same the destination box is blank . so close but still sucks . i found the first half of the clips that got coverted untill it ran out of space and moved them to my 1tb hd . but now it doesn,t work at all. was planning to delete the first ones and do the second half of the clips , but am stuck.

5DtoRGB is better because you have the option to restore the full dynamic range when converting from AVCHD to QuickTime. Clip Wrap works fine but the whites and black will still be clipped unless you remap the values in a program like Premiere or After effects, which is what I do.

The bad thing with 5DtoRGB is that he batch version does not work with ATI graphic cards on Macs.
