When I record at 720/60P on my HMC150, what is the pixel aspect ratio? Is it 1.0000 Square or 1.3333? Thanks ahead of time!

Is the pixel format 8bit, 32bit floating point (floating range) or 32bit floating point (full range)?

Both 1280x720 and 1920x1080 is 1.000 square. All the modes except the lowest (HE) shoot in either of those two resolutions. HE is 1440x1080 I believe, which is 1.333.

As to your second question, I have no idea.
