I have 189 hours on my dvx and have used the tape cleaner just twice. I am looking for an authorized Panasonic Service Center in New York to clean the heads, capstan, rollers, etc. Can someone refer a center, even if it is in New Jersey. I want to clean the camera before I sell it. Thanks.
