The voltage is pretty standard, 3-5 volts, but the wiring scheme of the connector used by various wireless manufacturers is all over the map. Plug in power is a typical feature of consumer devices and their mic inputs are most often wired for a stereo mic rather than a mono lav. Even if the connector is the same 3.5mm plug, the roles of the tip, ring, and sleeve connections are different. A stereo plug tip is left, ring is right, and sleeve is ground. In contrast, on the Sennheisser 3.5mm plug for the mic to the transmitter connection tip is hot, sleeve is ground, but ring is shorted to sleeve.Slightly OT, but if plugin power is the standard for lavs, then wouldn't everybody's bodypack connector use it? TA4F for Shure, TA5F for Lectro, whatever A-T calls the one they use, etc?
