Selling a brand new Audio-Technica AT875R Shotgun Microphone with Windtech MM-25 Windshield. I bought it but decided to upgrade to a Sennheiser MKH 416 before I ever even had a chance to use this mic, so now I no longer need it and it should go to someone who will use it. All packaging, docs and accessories are included.
For those who dont know, this is the most popular all around mic for low budget solutions and on camera rig recording for those looking to get their audio off camera and not use something like a Rode VideoMic or Sennheiser MKE-400. This unit is a compact, more professional mic than those and requires phantom P48 power and an XLR connection to use it. I had plans to use it with a Marantz PMD-661 portable digital recorder, but it could also be used with any recorder that can provide phantom P48 power and has XLR connectors like the Xoom H4n or Tascam DR-100.
If you are also interested in a higher end recorder than something like a Zoom H4n, I am also selling a Marantz PMD661 which would work wonderfully with this mic here: LINK
Heres the specs from B&H: LINK and LINK
Audio-Technica AT875R Shotgun Microphone w/ Windtech MM-25 Windshield - $200
