Audio stereo mix FCP?

I just did my first AF100 shoot with lav into one channel, boom into the other. As best as I can tell, my camera settings are correct--the channels monitored separately into my headphones. But on Log and Transfer, FCP seems to be forcing a stereo mixdown. Anyone know what I might be missing?

That was easy, thanks! Anyone know of a way to bring the audio into FCP as dual mono and save this step?
