audio project question

i go into the sample rate drop down options and it only has 44.1 and 48, but i need the 32. i know it can do it...any one know why it isnt showing up?

What type of a project are you working in? 32 isn't an option for some project types in Avid.
 
it is a 23.976 project, so thats not normally an option? i have done it before on previous versions, because i was editting a multicam shoot and one of the cameras was on 32k. what i did was i set the project to 32k, captured then set it back to 48k which i then upconverted. there was obviously quality loss but i only needed it for syncing purposes...the main audio was replaced by the 24 track recording. any work arounds? because it wont let me capture it and I really dont want to capture it silent.

i need the 32k because one of the cameras in a multicam shoot i did was set to 32k. i need to capture the audio to sync that camera with the rest in a group.

Good reason. Any chance you can capture it outside of Avid, convert the sample rate and then import it?
