Audio Problem During Playback

We were testing out several microphones today and noticed the ability to play a previously recorded clip with audio within camera, but in premiere its has no audio track instead just distorted noise on timeline.

There was also a problem earlier also where I recorded a clip and played back in camera #48, but when inserting sdhc (Panasonic Gold) card in reader it says there was only 47 clips. I put the card back in camera and it shows 48 clips. I tried several times before wiping out the card and continuing with testing.
 
What version of Premiere? CS5 definitely supports the LPCM clips, but maybe prior versions don't? Not all software can recognize the LPCM mode; it's new in the AF100.
 
A production company client of mine had the same LPCM CS4 issue with a project I shot with an AF100. We also used a Ki Pro and they have Final Cut, not sure if it's Studio 7. I know they've finished editing and all is good, but I'm hoping they will upgrade to CS5. I've been sending clients and their editors AVCCAM clips with LPCM since then to make sure their NLE is happy since the CS4 audio issue.
