Audio Monitoring on Panasonic GH1?

Hi all,

Is there any possible way to monitor the audio on the GH1, either through the A/V out or HDMI out? Maybe a firmware patch that enables this? Any help on this topic would be appreciated, thanks. :smile:

I was recently wondering the exact same thing, but have no better info. It would be very nice to somehow verify the audio that comes in from external mic on location.

I'm wondering, if you connected a female RCA to male 3.5mm jack cable, into a headphone amp, such as the FiiO e5, then connected the A/V able that comes with the GH1, into the female RCA cable. Would this work to monitor audio?

GH1 > A/V Out cable > RCA to 3.5mm > FiiO E5 > Headphones
