Audio Lag when importing to Final Cut Express HD

Hello all,

When I load videos from my 100b to Final Cut, I find that the audio is a few seconds delayed within the imported clips. I know that it isn' the camera itself because it plays back fine in VCR mode. I'm guessing it may be me firewire cable.


Any help would be great!

try capturing short clips and not a long chunk of strip
