Solved, I was in VFR-mode, sorry, I'm a bit embarrassed by this.

I've just been shooting on a couple of AG-AF100s set in FILM CAM mode, it does however not seem like any audio was recorded from the microphones connected to the xlr-ports. Does the camera not record audio in FILM CAM, or have we done something wrong? I can't find any descriptions of this issue in the manual. Does anyone here have a clue on this issue?
