Okay, I have some, not much, but it's there. And I'm worried that it might not meet the audio standards of my local cable company. I have tried every which way to reduce it including trying different settings on the audio levels, fresh batteries, AC3/lcpm etc. etc. And reducing the audio level helped alot. I read the other two threads on this issue and I really don't believe it is OE.
I have a wired lav. It's a new Countryman from B & H with 600 ohms of impedance. I don't know if this is a mismatch of camera to mic or not. So, I'm looking for recommendations on a lav, hopefully, wired, but not necessarily that will work for sure. I'm going to try to find a line level attenuator pad and if I can get one locally I'll give that a try before buying another mic. I know the Pre mixer would be a solution with line level in, but at this stage, for me. its unaffordable.
Thanks for the help.
