1. Rode NTG3 - $500
I purchased this new through eBay. The seller was an actual audio gear shop in the North East. It includes box, metal case, leather bag, and windscreen. A beautiful mic rivaling the standard Sennheiser MKH416
2. Tascam Dr 100 - $275
I purchased this new through sweetwater, BH, ZZounds, or some online retailer like that. I have tested the unit and took it to a shoot once but forgot batteries so we used another unit. This is as close to new as they get. I did a ton of research whether to buy the Tascam or Zoom H4 but decided the Tascam had the edge.
3. Audio Technica 4073a - $275
I bought an XHA1 on DVXUser and it came with this gem. I've never used it since I had the NTG3.
