Thanks everyone! I seem to be the only retard on this thread so I shall plod on. To all you sound gurus out there, if you were doing your own indie film where you had to be all of director/dp/sound (i know, i know...) but no one wants to go along with you to help and...shivers...you had to record audio off four people and can go wireless and on-cam shotgun (I know this involves a LOT of compromise but you just had to do it) what would your lightweight field set-up be? Maybe the ck69 on the mic with a deadcat and mixed wireless. What would your mixer be? your wireless system?
Also everything would have to be integrated to the camera (or maybe this is not possible?)
Thanks wabbit for that wireless boom tip. Didnt think of that. What system would you suggest? I am thinking about the senn evolutions. Also the ck69, apparently can be shortened so maybe, its still ok.
Dave you give me hope that if i screw up my audio, it can still be saved in post, haha!
