Audio Dubbing on the DVX100B

I'm so close to figuring this out. I already understand that the audo needs to be set on 32k, and the recording speed on SP. I go into playback, and when I play back a certain captured recording just to test it, I'll stop. When I stop, that's when I press the display / audio dubb button. It then displays a Audio Dub (Pause) on the LCD, and when I press play, it shows audio dub (play). I can't figure out how to dub it!

why not do it in post and save your footage

Good suggestion. I thought about that, but how would I plug my microphone into my computer?

what software are you using to edit?

you can just plug your microphone into your camera and use that as an interface with your editing software i know Final cut pro has this option

I'm actually without a good software. I'm thinking of investing money into Adobe premiere.
