Strange one. In the past I've had no problem importing P2 footage into FCP studio 2, using the easy setup. I've only used 720 24pn and have had no problem using a G4 to import through the P2 slot, then editing on my Mac Pro. In this new project, my camera guy shot in 720 24P...not PN, and now I'm having major audio problems. It goes out of synch very quickly then just disappears after 10 secs or so. The audio is fine when I play the clip in the camera, and even when I preview in the log and transfer window. I've also tried to pull the clips through firewire into my Mac Pro, still the same problem. So it's happening on both computers. Audio is set for 16 bit. Can't think of anything else. No help from Apple support, just told me to do software update. Any ideas??
