Audio connector with attenuator- Zoom H4-H6 to 5D2, 5D3, !DC

Experiencing line input issue with my 1DC, so am forced to stick with Manual. Can anyone recommend a specific attenuator-connector to use between my ZoomH6 and the mic input on my 1DC?
 
Amazing the Folks at Zoom or any of the portable recorder makers do not have a clue to put a switch for line or mic level output on these devices. That way you could record externally and have a decent internal recording as well.

Sorry, I do not know about a good attenuator plug.
 
Maybe this one will work ? It doesn't mention your camera specifically but..

Or maybe one of the Kopul cables ? (seems to "support" the 1DC)
