Audio channels 4K2HD Odyssey 7q

Hey Guys, Maybe I'm just going crazy or something, but when I'm recording in 4K2HD it records the stream into 2:30 minute clips, all well and good: but what I'm finding weird is that the audio channels flip between each clip. I have a lapel mic on the left channel (channel 2) and the shotgun on the right (channel 1), but like I say, on the stream coming out of the 7Q they flip each 2:30 minute segment. The AVCHD backup record has them all on the correct channel.

Is it a weird affectation of just putting Prores files onto a Premiere timeline? kind of like when you pull all the clip files out a AVCHD folder and they have a dead frame because they need the meta data to play the clip as a single file?

Anyone else have this experience? It's not a big deal, just something I noticed and am not sure as to why it's happening. Haven't noticed it otherwise, as I haven't been shooting interviews in 4k raw :cheesy:

I just had exactly the same thing happen with the standard HD Prores record (not RAW, just the "normal" SDI out -> Prores HQ). Mic on Channel 1, nothing on Channel 2. When clips are thrown onto the timeline in PPro CC, the audio alternates between L and R in each of the segmented clips. The simultaneous internal AVCHD recording kept the mic on Channel 1 the whole time.
