audio capture problem

I'm running Avid xpress pro studio HD with a Digi002 and a Mojo. When capturing from the Sony DVW-M2000 I randomly get an exception at the end of clips (probably more than half the time) that says audio is present but not captured. Most times I go to capture the same clip again and it works fine. Any solutions to this?

Need help with this. I am having problems with Avid express pro Hd 5.5.1. It seems that i am able to play the footage through the capture tool but unable to see the footage in composer. I've talked with tech support at avid and tried to trouble shoot. They suggested after failure to help me that i change my operating system from windows xp with media center edition to windows professinal. I called dell and i was told that their was only 1 minor difference beteween the two editions. So i am at a lost whether or not to purchase windows professional or just capture footage through another source and then import to avid. It seems a lot of work to do. Does anyone have any suggestions?

I am running XPS 600 with Gforce 7800 gtx graphics card with pentium 4 and 2 gigs of memory. I can't seem to get things going here. Help please. Thanks in advance.
