Hey, a note to all our members north of the border in Canada: the HVX Book is now available for order by all authorized Canada Panasonic HVX200 resellers. This means two good things: you can get it much faster, and pay no shipping or import duties.
Sending to Canada has always been a bit frustrating for us and for the customer because the US Postal Service Global "Priority" Mail system seems to want to take 14 to 18 days to deliver to Canada(!) It makes no sense, because customers in Germany report receiving their orders in as few as 4 days, so I don't know if the trucks get lost driving north of Minnesota or what...
So now Canadian customers can walk into (or order direct from) your local HVX authorized reseller and get it the same day, and not have to pay any customs or import duties.
We're working on establishing a similar process for the HVX BootCamp DVD too. Many thanks to all our Canadian customers, and I hope this helps cut your expense and your wait!
