hi, i had the videomic pro couple of years ago and i had no problem with the attchments.
i sold it.
i bought another one, and the rubber attachments are very loose, i dont get why is my previous version i didnt have this issue,
any tips?

The rubber suspensions can wear out, especially if storage and/or usage are rough on the mic. You can order replacements through your local RØDE dealer.

Get the new version with Rycote mount , or better buy the Shure VP83 that has metal build and operates on 1 AA Battery

I'd email or call Rode directly. I've found their customer service to be very good. They replaced the handle of my Rode Blimp (which included the metal bar the suspension attaches to and the pigtail cable) for free after I had it for about 2 years. They might just replace what you need.
