GH4 Atomos Shogun - need the YAGH or not? Good choice?

If I want a good external monitor + record straight to SSD, thoughts on the Atomos Shogun for feature set and price point? Weight and power etc.?

Would I need the YAGH module or just out through HDMI?

ANd the slow motion says 120 but not 96fps - anyone know if this would support interm frame rates such as 96fps? 72fps? 36fps? etc.

Really, the one and only reason to also get the YAGH would be if you needed timecode functionality. Other than that, the Shogun does everything the YAGH does and more. Atomos is apparently working fairly closely with Panasonic on the Shogun/GH4 compatibility, so I would be surprised if recording 96p wasn't possible.
