Oktava hyper, K-SSM shockmount, Rycote BBG + ( WindJammer or Softie) ?
Am looking to invest in an audio kit after getting my camera, and the DVX users swayed me to go for an Oktava instead of a Rode.

whoa whoa whoa - oktava is a way different mic than the rode. Please look into what you'll be doing with the mic (indoors v outdoors) and then let that make the decision.
