hi guys , i just came across this product via a link on creativecow.net and thought some might be interested - Main reason I am considering it is because it sounds like one of those that doesn't use adhesive to stick (like those SPUC type protector for PDAs).

obviously it would be cheaper to buy a protector and mark it your self but i guess for those who are less inclinded (like myself)...

I am apparently on a buying blitz, and just picked up a couple sets of these to check out. I need all the help I can get and have been looking for something like this. I caught the banner on the hardware page here. :)

Screen Skins, my 16x9 overlay has been available here in the US at EVS, Birns&Sawyer and Abel Cine for about a year now ($4.95 for pack of 2). The "adhesive" if you could call it that, doesn't leave any residue at all. Very similar to the cell phone covers...they are both re-usable a few times.

Hi Justin,

To answer your question regarding my product, yes the LCD version does have a "low tack adhesive" that leaves absolutely no residue, etc. I have peeled them on & off thousands of times without any problem. A true static cling, such as the ones we have for CRT monitors, will not stick to an LCD...

We now have 12 different clings for the DVX-100 and they are all "in stock" and will ship withing 24 hours of when the order placed.

We also have these same clings available for several of the Sony cameras, various CRTs and LCDs. We also have to have clings for several of the Canon DV cameras available by the end of this week.
