can someone kindly provide me the perfect ideal updated hack settings for GH1 and GF1?

I shoot video only on both cameras...well GF1 I use also for casual photo shoots..

What settings to get 1080 24p for GF1
what settings to get 50mbps for GH1

This is all what I am interested for now.....just get so confuse with everyone tweakings and settings I realy dont know what is what anymore.Am not that clever guys.. my GF1 freezes with settings I followed with one of the threads.. so I keep restoring the original settings. Plus I realy get lost on those threads...its not for the faint of hearts.Realy appreciate a safe and reliable tested settings since I have already joined the hacked community and thinking of buying another GH1 due to the new firmware this russki cracked for us.

GF1 1080p 30fps (24p = no!!!):
MJpeg_Q: 220, 200, 180, 160
MJpeg_T: 123, 136, 140, 145
is 95% stable
MJpeg_Q: 200, 180, 160, 140
MJpeg_T: 123, 136, 140, 145
is 100% stable

thanks, I followed the settings but it still says 1920 x 720 in avhd quick time,
