F35: As good as the original Sony F35 but this cam shoots in 4K

How often is rolling shutter interfering with commercial, or feature film work that a camera like Alexa absolutely can't be used? it's really not end of world ... but everyone likes to pretend it is.

Well rolling shutter in the Alexa is pretty minimal, so it's usually not a problem. But with most other cameras it's a problem, specially shooting with cars, which I often do...

BTW, some slightly releated self promotion, here's my latest commercial, shot on Alexa mini:

Mac, that commercial is art. Your attention to detail is incredible. Your talent inspires me. Thank you for sharing with us here.
Can't wait to learn what camera compares to the F35 in 4k.
cheers,
Paul

Eh ?? One of those ?
Have I missed any ?

Probably a long shot, but another option is Arri Alexa Studio XR/XT recording upscaled UHD.

Side note, it seems Blackmagic have now given up on making their 4.6K cameras global shutter. They realised the pictures were rubbish compared to the normal mode, so just released it without.
To my knowledge that leaves Sony as the only company who make a global shutter CMOS camera that's any good (F55)

Negatronic.
Following Hunter's instructions I should not reveal the new secret camera I'm testing just yet.

What I like about it is that colors are so so close to the F35 that sometimes they're pretty much indistinguishable.

The colors are such a perfect match it seems impossible for it to be anything but a modded F35.
