Thank you Martay for checking it out!
If you find yourself in Rosendale, NY tomorrow night, stop by the Rosendale Theatre for the films premiere @7:15pm.
This will be quite the event! (and I can't wait to see the film on the big screen)

Have fun. It's always awesome watching it on the big screen. Premieres are always fun.

The Premiere was AWESOME! With well over 200 in attendance, the theatre was filled. Following the screening I did a little Q&A session (members of the cast flew in for the event), then we did
live punchdrumming demos with a local drum-circle providing the beat. It was a blast....not to mention seeing your years of hard work on the big screen and hearing the audience response to the
various beats of the film. I'm still smiling.

Would love to see more of my DVXuser brothers & sisters checking out the film.
Here's yet another teaser featuring yours truly (Zaza) working the bag! Too much fun!
Shot with the AF100 & HMC150 (with a little HV20 thrown in for good measure!)

"We are excited to inform you that your film has been accepted into our festival! In a pool of excellent entries we received this year, yours was amongst the best in its category, and has been selected as one of our finalists. On behalf of our submissions committee, congratulations!"

The Catskill Mountains Film Festival (CMFF) today announced the participation of Academy Award–winning filmmaker Roger Ross Williams at the Festival.
He will be judging some of the submissions and will be a presenter at The Awards Event!

This years Speed Bag Gathering was a blast! I decided to bring along the 1969 Hasselblad 500c, 150mm Zeiss and some B&W film (yes, real film). Still amazing to see what 14 stops of DR looks like.
Here are some of the characters, great guys & gals all!

Still love film...always will.

With hundreds of hours of footage that didn't make it into the film, I've decided to start making a series of shorts exploring
the many facets of the speed bag and the interesting characters behind it.

In honor of the up coming "SPEEDB.A.G. VII" gathering July 15th-17th @ Real Gymm in Keyport, NJ... You can watch the complete film in HD on Vimeo for a limited time! Please enjoy & feel free to pass it along. Don't hesitate, it will only be available until July 18th.
