Arri raising prices during recession

I heard Arri is raising prices on their equipment (cameras, lenses, lighting). Looking at B&H a 40mm Signature Prime is listed at $30k, while on AbelCine it still has the original price of $25k. So a 20% increase. If the Mini LF goes to 20% increase that would bring the ready-to-shoot from $75k to $90k. Skypanel is back up to $6550 coming from $5700.

Arri to the pandemic and recession economy, "Screw you!"
 
Anytime I'm at WFW every prep bay I see has an Arri mini or LF being prepped. It will be interesting to see how far they can push it. Higher end professionals (other peoples money) like Arri and they know it.
 
When the gear lists for the TV narratives come out, it's 90%-95% Alexa and, now with both LF and Mini LF, it's 96.25%*.
