Arm support rig?

Hey guys! I just bought a glidecam off ebay put it together and started playing around with it...but this thing is frigin' heavy...I mean I may be a little out of shape but damn!! Anyhow does anyone know how to make a homemade arm support? Thanks!!:thumbup:

Theres a website called http://homebuiltstabilizers.com/greyinfo.htm where their are a bunch or plans for building arms and such. Honestly I would recommend buying one of the Indian arm and vests off e-bay or find a used one if your on a budget.
