Are they still accepting pitches

Well their probably really backed-up. In my opinion, i think you should write down all the information that you want to post in a small notebook and when you get the word, then make the thread.

At least thats how im doing it :D
 
You guys didn't know??? my film is about the mod's being abducted and the quest of a lowly filmmaker to get his script approved! You like it so far?

It takes some time because mods are people too.
 
I need to start shooting asap, the sooner the better , I know that mods are people too, but if they can't review all pitches in time why do it. This pitch process is taking time from everybody.
 
Ahem. MODS ARE NOT PEOPLE. :D

I think i'll start getting the b-roll stuff together and start shooting this sunday. That should keep me occupied :beer:

Worst case scenario: they don't accept it, but you already shot..Who cares? You got a film in the bag!

I'm not concerned about the pitch holding me back from filming, but I do feel like its holding me back from starting my thread. I have no problem with the idea of the pitch, I actually kinda like it. But they originally said that a response would come in 24-48 hours after the pitch. Waiting a week to only get a negative response (I haven't got one, but its a possibility) just seems a little ridiculous.
 
We have been trying to get back to everyone the same day, or at most the next day, when a pitch is submitted. But occasionally life gets in the way of "best laid plans" ... sorry about that.
