Are these two Lenses the same?

I saw both of these on Amazon for different prices. Are they the same lens?

Only 1 is a MFT lens.

In the product spec on the page they both say they are MFTs. Strange.

Looks like a typo. The second one is 4/3 only and would need an adaptor.
