Hi guys. I have question about rods which are used in some rail systems (ebay, amazon etc) Are the rods really 15 mm? I like DIY ideas and I am thinking about building my rail system. I found some rods in Home depot but they are like 14 mm so i don't know if i could use them with follow focus or other staff which is used with ready to go dslr rail systems?

15mm rods are 15mm rods you will not be able to use Home Depot rods.
