Archive this entire site?

Hey all,

I was wondering: Is there a way to get all of the posts from dvxuser.com archived into a single word document or something similar? It'd be nice to have all the archived posts in a document that I could read offline, away from the office, and away from the computer!

I know that Internet Explorer will save a whole bunch of pages from a site, but even then I'd still have to navigate through and click on each topic that I'd want to read.

Any ideas? Maybe there's software out there that will do this?

For your informations, there are 158 605 posts at this time! When you'll read it, there will have more posts agains... think about the size of the document you want :o

Yeah, that would be a little much to try and do. I understand where you're coming from, though. Over the last year, I've come here every day and read as much as I could. I've worked in video professionally for more than 4 years and this site has taught me more than I learned actually working in the business. Jarred should charge admission, considering this is basically film school minus the bullshit.

A more practical approach might be to have a text editor or Word open and then cut and paste what is interesting and valuable into one or more documents. If one uses Word one can index, make a TOC and search the entire document. I have done this with this site and others and have a very comprehensive document for referring to and searching.

It would be nice if the SEARCH feature of this "YaBB" software worked better (or at all)...
