Greetings all.

I thought it would make sense to start another thread for our April meeting. I apologize for the delay - things have been rather hectic this month.

The next meeting is scheduled for Sunday, April 15th, 7pm at Artful Dodger Pub, 12 Isabella Street (that's 2 blocks south of Yonge & Bloor).

Our first meeting went very well, and I'm looking forward to keeping up the momentum. I know there are a lot of people interested in participating in SpyFest - perhaps this would be a good meeting to nail down the details (who's interested in participating, what gear we all have, etc).

I'm setting up a new poll for the April meeting, please let me know if you'll be attending.

I will be travelling (by car), so a lot depends on when I'll get back to T.O. I would like to attend, of course.
 
I do (kinda do) a couple of other meet ups in the GTA. This seems like the only one with any real potential. Count me in for sure.

It would be great to have one once a month... keep people up to date on projects and such.

I'm hoping to get back to Toronto by April 14
 
Glad to see we're getting some responses.

Don't forget to respond to the poll - this way we can tell at a glance how many are expected to come.

I'm not sure how many of you are participating in the Toronto 24-Hour Film Challenge. Good luck to those that are.

Earlier in this thread it was suggested that we take an inventory of our assets to participate in Spy fest. I think we should instead start prepping for the next fest so we can start nice and early.
 
Good idea Wannabebruce.

I don't have time for SpyFest. So perhaps we can discuss the next "fest". Does anyone know if they happen at a specific date? Spring, Summer, Fall, etc? I'm not really sure.

Hi Everyone.

Just a quick reminder that tomorrow, Sunday at 7pm is our next user meeting at the Artful Dodger Pub.

We'll be meeting in the same place, which for those who weren't at the last meeting, is in the room to the left as you enter the pub. I'll have a sign both on the door and on the table.

Hey all, just wanted to apologize for not showing up, things went to hell at work that weekend I've only just come up for air. I was actually working only a few blocks away I just had completely forgotten about it with the rush. I wanted to go though so I hope you guys had a good time and I'll make sure to hit up the next meeting.
