Apple G4 FULL edit system - Nice and Cheap!

Well, I just upgraded to a new G5 with all new goodies and need to sell my trusty old tricked out G4 system that has served me well.  This is a complete package that includes ALL of the following items:

•Apple Quicksilver G4 867mHz
  •1.5gig Ram
•260 gigs HD space (one 60 and two 100's and room one more)
  •Pioneer 4x DVD-R (upgraded from original 2x)
•ATA133 PCI card (allows true hardware Raid w/4 drive support)
  •Internal Zip 250
•Additional 2 Port USB PCI card
•Radeon 64mb video (upgraded from original 32mb Geforce)

•Matrox RTMac realtime video in/out system.  Works great in both OS9 and OSX (OS9 supports 3 true full rez RT streams, and Matrox says OSX supports 4 true full rez RT streams - I have been using it stable as a rock in OS9 with FCP for 3 years now.)  I paid $995 for this when it was new. In addition to real-time support, it has the capability to add a second computer display (you could have THREE monitors of desktop space if you like!).  Has composite and s-video in and out and will work with any DV clips captured via firewire as well.  This is great for viewing full res video on a true video display while you edit.

•Two Dell 17" matching Trinitron Displays (black finish- nice!)
These are not cheapo CRT's...they were TOP of the line a few years ago and bought together so they are from the same lot and match very well.

•Panasonic 13" video monitor.  This is an older professional monitor thats a bit rough around the edges but works great and has a good picture.  It has A and B inputs with BNC connectors.

•Yamaha Dolby surround sound system with subwoofer and two two inputs. Includes 4 satellite speakers, 1 center speaker and 1 subwoofer (200 watts I think?...can't remember- it's not right here in front of me- I can verify this later)

•Mackie 1202vlz 12 channel mixer.  The industry standard audio mixer..what else can I say.  It works great!

•Wacom Graphire 4x5 USB pen tablet.

•Contour Shuttle Pro USB video controller- the older silver model. Can be custom programmed to work with any key or keystroke combo in Final Cut and just about any other program available (Photoshop, Aftereffects, ProTools etc.)

•4 port USB hub

•The Apple Pro keyboard has Final Cut Pro stickers installed!

•All cables to hook everything up

•All original boxes, discs, and manuals.

I will also install Final Cut Pro 3 so you can verify that all is working well- though Final Cut is NOT included and the buyer should delete and re-install their own copy once they have tested the system.

Shipping will be actual shipping charges.  I'm guessing it may be $100-$150 or so...5 big, heavy boxes.  We can work out the specifics once I pack it all up and weigh the boxes.

Or- If the buyer is in Utah (between Provo and Logan) I will personally deliver, setup and give a few hours of instruction for free!

So...Make me an offer I can't refuse!

Right now this is all just taking up space so any reasonable offer may just make all this yours!  This was a TOP of the line system about 3 years ago and though there are better, faster and newer things available- this system is still very viable and would be perfect for a budding videographer or student to get started with everything they need- cheap!

Email me for detailed photo's at: jon@cpd2.usu.edu or call me at (435) 881-1118 if you are interested.

Thanks!
Jon
