apple DVCPRO in windows

Im having problems playing back apple DVCPRO quicktime files that were encoded on a mac. Whenever I play the files all I get is audio and the picture is all white, is there any way to play these back with a codec or am I out of luck on windows?

You're out of luck. You need to ask the editor to compress the file to either h.264 or .wmv until we can get a codec solution from Apple.
