This came installed in an older Mac Pro that I upgraded. Ships in foam padded Graphics Upgrade Box from Apple (note: box is from a ATI 5870). NO power cables included.

Yes comes in anti-static bag in the padded box they normally show up. It'll come packaged in the foam paneled box for my ATI 5870, currently in my tower.
