Aperture problems

My Aperture on my 5D is locked for some reason... I have no idea how to change it back. Do any of you guys know how to unlock it? I haven't been able to find a good answer online through google. I am supposed to shoot a wedding tomorrow/take pictures and really need an answer ASAP. Thanks for the help.

hmmm. Take the batteries out of the cam. Then put them back in..and turn on and try. Also try another lens and see if thats the issue?
