This is a great battery backup. 2U rackable. 8 outlets. It runs my whole Mac Pro based rig for about 20 minutes. I purchased from RefurbUPS.com a year ago. They sell units with brand new, off-brand replacement batteries. I've used it in a shock-mounted rack, and it's run on battery power for a total of maybe 1 hour. Comes with the ethernet remote management card, and USB connection. OS X recognizes it natively over USB.
Asking $350. The thing weighs 100lbs, so local pickup is preferred (OC / LA). PM me if interested.
