Apartment Haunting - Sketch Comedy

[CaptainWhacky]

Here's a sketch/short film I made not too long ago that was recently a finalist in the Funniest Filmmaker in Austin. It was made for no money and almost no gear, mainly looking for feedback on the writing/directing/acting. Would love to get everyone's opinion on it.

Thanks in advance.

for some reason, the video didn't play back smoothly. very jagged. i thought it was my computer at first, but the video after yours played really nice.

other than that, hilarious stuff. that Realtor stole the show. great acting, great writing, good edits and kept me entertained.

btw, i'm 45 minutes outside of Austin and routinely am in the city. Texas represent!

Thanks for the comments man. Not sure what's up with atom, video looks fine elsewhere.
