Anyway you can upload or convert NTC to Canon?

I recently found a cool custom curve that emulates a stock look, but it's for Nikon DSLR's, and I tried uploading to Canon, but it won't work - I was wondering if there's a way you can convert (changing extension to Canon's ext, doesn't work) or copy the info to a Canon curve?

Anyone know?
