Nice!
Where are you at? What lenses will you be using with it?
This is actually not a bad deal if you already own a F35 and some old TV zoom lenses:

The way I see it, we'd just need to replace the body but all the accessories, evf, and interfaces would be compatible right? so depending on the job you just switch the body and keep the rest.

yes, all 2/3" cameras use 3 chips so the B4 lenses will work, people you see using B4 lenses on single chip cameras like a GH4 are actually using the lenses for the wrong format, the colors separate slightly on the edges because of this.
I think we are mixing talk of cheap SD ENG B4 lenses with HD B4 ENG lenses and there is a big difference when using high resolution cameras like the F23. SD lenses are the cheap ones that can be had for a few hundred dollars, HD lenses look very similar in build but are in the thousands and are of higher quality. Look at the Canon 4.7 wide angle zoom, it comes as cinema zoom and ENG zoom. ENG is just the type of camera where everything is compact and set for handheld. ENG lenses will have zoom servo built into the handgrip but as long as it was designed for HD cameras, and has been cared for, the ENG B4 lenses can be just as high quality as the cinema zooms designed or b4 also. However dvxuser usually come across cheap ENG lenses designed for SD cameras back in 1990 and they do funny things in the corners of the image. These SD lenses should not even be considered serious when trying to consider ENG format lenses for a camera. The digiprimes sound tasty and I love high speed primes, but only of the glorious options I can try on the F23 that I can't on the F35 is a superzoom so this is where ENG B4 lenses come into play.
