Anyone Using the Sony A57?

I've been checking out some DSLR's and have come across the Sony A57. It doesn't seem to have much (or any, LOL) of a following, but the footage looks good.

From trolling Youtube for A57 vids, it looks a tad sharper and to have wider DR than the Nikons and Canons. I also like the color rendition. Rolling shutter does seem to suck, but I don't know it's any worse than the Canons. And it does 60P.

Wondering if any of you guys have looked at this camera?

I've looked at them and agree some of the footage is very very good (hard to find footage at all). The A57 has the same sensor and video modes as the very popular NEX5N/5R. The only downside compared to the 5N and 5R is that they use the translucent fixed mirror...so the low light ability suffers, as far as I can see anyway. The upside of them is that they have a really good viewfinder, nice LCD, more physical dials and switches.
I don't think the rolling shutter is much worse than the Canons...it's just we don't have the sample size of correctly shot footage to view. All of these cameras should be stabilized one way or another. Another option to look at is the Sony NEX6...again, it has the same sensor as the 5N/5R but adds the SUPERIOR viewfinder (better than the a57) from the NEX7, extra control dial and a bigger build than the NEX 5 series. It's like an NEX5N/R plus

- another downside: the mount gives you a very limited lens selection; Canon and Nikon lenses won't work on the Sony A mount; Leica-R will
= I didn't test them side by side, but I think my 5N has less rolling shutter than my old T2i
+ not sure about this model, but some Sony SLTs have in-body camera stabilization (that will work even with vintage glass)

I use mine at 24p most of the time, and I wouldn't call the rolling shutter "horrible". But maybe it's just me (I may have gotten used to being careful about how I move the camera since I got my first DSLR a couple of years ago; in any case, when my footage is shaky, I dislike it because it's shaky, not because this shakyness creates RS issues).
