Anyone using the HMC40 with a TM700?

Just wondering if they cut together nicely? From what info I have read they are about the same in low light situations - is that correct? What would be the negatives to using both of these cameras at a wedding?

I own both and wouldn't hesitate to cut video from both together. From my experience, the HMC40 has a slight edge in low-light. Modifying one of the scene files may further improve low-light performance.
