what is a pop-up ?

seriously, firefox is great. one question for anyone in-the-know... how do I increase the rate of speed for scrolling a page with the arrow up and and down keys? It is noticeably slower compared to Safari, yet the benefits of Firefox (i.e. - actually displaying complete webpages, even the non-standard code that Safari simply does not display, including important navigation bars at times) outway this minor nitpick. Still... any ideas for speeding it up?

Tried Firefox for a while but felt it was slower than IE and some pages didn't display right. I'm back on IE. Old habits die hard.
