GH4 Anyone use a GH4/YAGH during Live Production?

Just curious if there are latency issues or any reason not to use it in a live production. We have a Tricaster 860 and this would make a cool camera to bury in tight places for some cool shots during live events.
 
I tried it as a stationary wide shot during a live production and there was a delay. We were recording internal 4k and sending out downscaled 1080p.
 
Have you tried it without recording and just a feed via SDI? I do not plan to use the HDMI out for live as not many cameras can do it without latency issues.

No, I actually haven't tried it without recording. We were just using it in a pinch because one of our main cams was damaged.
