GH5 Anyone tried to assign a function to Fn20 on the GH5?

Can't seem to get Fn20 assigned to anything (down button on the scroll wheel). It lets me map a function to it but it does nothing when I press it. I am using the latest 2.1 firmware. Anyone else have this issue on the GH5?

If the function you assign is not active you will get no response. For example, flash adjust with no flash attached.

Yes, but that is not the problem. I was trying to assign IS lock to Fn20 which does not work but when I assign it to Fn17 it does work.
