I took my trv-900 on a roadtrip from the Brooklyn Bridge to the Golden Gate Bridge. And we camped the entire way...
It was also during winterbreak of my senior year in college. My camera died in the desert 80 miles away from Las Vegas. I'm assuming it was due to the excessive use/handling; though taken care of, it passed hands many time between my buddies.
Also, we slept with the car door left cracked open and in the morning everything inside the car was covered in dew....
So now, here's my question. Is my camera fixable? If so how much do you suppose it'll set me back? It could just be a head clog because before it my shots were getting mosaic like disturbance before finally turning blue and not running...
So I think all I need to do is get the head serviced???
Oh and Michael Myers, I mean Summers :, what are you using now to capture/edit if not your TRV? I used my dvx100a until someone pointed out the wear I was doing to the head as well as putting on extra hours on my camera.
But its okay, I'm not looking to resell my camera EVER. Achem Tony... Lol... the XL1 is fine, I'm not judging. It's apples and oranges.
